[11/17/2008] The "Voice" of OIPA 2009 - Kent VanderKolk

Kent will be the announcer and control the sound desk at all 2009 OIPA Events!

Kent VanderKolk has been the announcer at Mid-States Band Association events and Fairborn football for many years. His background includes performing with the Michigan High School Honors Choir as a featured soloist, directing the Men’s Chorus at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi and serving as the Director of Vocal Performance for the Miss Texas USA pageant. He has competed as a member of the barbershop quartets “Mad River Station” , “Cruise Control” and is currently competing with “Off The Charts”. He is the Chancel Choir Director at Fairborn St. Luke United Methodist Church and is employed by the United States Postal Service and lives in Fairborn , Ohio with his wife Gail. Kent and Gail just recently completed a production of “The Music Man” with the Dayton Playhouse.
