[12/08/2008] Education Event a Great Success!
Clinic a Great Success!
Nearly 175 Performers, Directors, Instructors and Judges participated in the OIPA Education Event this past Saturday, December 6 in Middletown. A "performance" session opened the day with all eyes and ears focused on the "Art of Performance" followed by a round table sharing of ideas and an in depth review of "what judges are looking for" during a score sheet discussion.
Percussionists played and performed with Jeff Queen and Andrew Schnieders while Color Guard and Dance performers shared classes with Performers from Onyx World.
The weather was bad, the EXPERIENCE was great and the OIPA once again stands poised to leap into the coming season!
