Believing quality adjudication equals unit growth, the OIPA Board has sest minimum standards for those who choose to judge OIPA events: minimum standards for hotels (3 stars or better), transporation and hospitality, in addition to the best pay scale for WGI level judges in the state. The OIPA believes respected, rested and well treated judges will do a better job for our units.
The Ohio Indoor Judges Association was created to support our judges through educational events, training sessions, clinics & social gatherings. The OIJA and the OIPA will work together to ensure the long term success of the units and the organization through quality training.
