Participation Fee
Solo - $15 per Individual Solo
Ensemble - $30 per Ensemble
Performance Information
7 Days prior to each contest, performance order will be determined by random draw and posted on the OIPA site with contest information/schedules
| Minimum Performance Time: | 90 Seconds |
| Maximum Performance Time: | 3 minutes |
| Interval Time: | 4 minutes (includes set-up, performance and exit) |
| Jr. Division | Ages 17 & Below |
| Sr. Division | Ages 18 & Up |
Performers will compete with their age group.
Entry Deadlines
Applications and performance fee must be received no later than 8 days before each contest. In the event the allotted time for Solo & Ensemble fills before the deadline, entry will be based date entry was received.
Soundtrack Information
Music/Repertoire
There is no required music/repertoire list
Any music or Literature may be used.
Exceptions
Absolutely NO profanity or inappropriate verbiage in soundtracks, costuming or gestures will be permitted. Program, costuming and music choices must be appropriate for a family environment and the executive board will make final decisions on music deemed inappropriate. Additionally, good sportsmanship is expected of all performers, parents and instructors who participate in the Solo & Ensemble competitions.
Penalty for violation
Disqualification - In the event a disqualification is necessary, all performance fees will be forfeited and performer(s) will not be allowed to compete in any future Solo & Ensemble Events.
